we Christians keep a joyful heart
We
look forward to each new day
Being
compassionate to all we meet
Our
Lord Jesus will show us the way.
If
we aren’t happy with our own life
It's
hard to be happy with others
Let’s
all strive to keep a joyful heart
As
should all Christian sisters and
brothers.
A
good attitude is most important as
it
is displayed for others to see
And
how we relate to those others
Determines
how our life will be.
If
we speak words before we think
And
do things we know aren't right
We
cause hurt and sorrow to others
Which
is not pleasing in God's sight.
Once
harsh words are spoken
They
can never be taken back
We
can’t undo the things we’ve done
Let
us think before we act.
God
wants His children happy
Within
our heart He dwells
But
if we neglect His presence
By
our actions, it always tells.
Let
us keep our life in perspective
Let
our outlook always be bright.
Live
each day, as we know we should
Then
we’ll know our heart is right.
