Dear
Lord, we know You love us
and we
know how much You care,
But
there are many times, Lord
when
we’re sad and feel despair.
You can
lift our spirits, Lord
And ease
our aching heart.
We know
You’re always willing,
but we
must do our part.
Sometimes
we let the trials of life
depress
and sadden us.
We’ve
got to have more faith, Lord
and in
You place our trust.
You are
here to help us, Lord.
to share
the burdens we bear.
But we
must give them to You
and
place them in Your care.
The
times we try to do it alone
and seek
no help from You,
the
solution is temporary
because
we don’t follow through.
Help us,
Lord to remember
that You
are always there.
But we
must get down on our knees
and ask
Your help through prayer.
